Terrible and unprofessional experience with the service Dept. The receptionist was rude and I felt there has been a discrimination towards me, my race and color every time I called customer Service to book an appointment its always the same story and no customer service, I switched my servicing to this location a year ago and never had this issue with other branch. We are living in 2022 and racist shouldn’t be tolerated. The client should be respected and not to be yelled at.
Worst place to purchase a vehicle. A guy named Charles sold us a 2016 BMW X6 for 32K and after warranty and Tax we paid nearly 42K without interest yet, only to find out that the vehicle needed work that cost 10K. When we tried returning the vehicle, they begged us not too and they said they will cover the whole 10K, to just bring the vehicle over to BMW and they will take care of the bill. Our vehicle has been with BMW now for 4 weeks with all the work finish on it but now Kia des Laurentides won't pay BMW and BMW wont give us the car back until the 10K is paid. Charles sent us to his boss a guy named Jean-Phillip Lapoint, who is even worst than Charles because it is nearly impossible to get the guy on the phone or email back. To make it even worst, he doesn't even answer BMW themselves. We were left with no choice but to call the Consumer Protection for advice.
Save yourself the stress and just buy somewhere else.
I would like to respond to the dealerships answer on my first review. First of all, we weren’t kept in the loop regarding the service on our car. We even had to call the next day to know what was going on.
We did not get a courtesy car like mentionned. We even asked if there “ taxi service” could come and pick us up and they refused.
And the charges were completely billed to us. They didn’t want to remove any time on our bill.
It was an extremely bad experience on our end.
Great Dealership to deal with. Quick and easy transactions, no pain, no hassle. You must buy your next Kia from William Vincent, he is the best. Great customer service!

Very experienced and professional staff that will help you pick the right car for you. Also, i personally found the best deal here, the other Kia dealerships couldn't afford to give me nearly as good a deal. I really suggest Kia Laurentides in all honesty.
amazing experience, their finance department especially. MJ from finance make miracle happen, I was able to get a certified regular finance even though I still have a year left to my bankrupsy. amazing job will definatly be returning
